There is no option to cancel or refund your ticket. Travel times are listed over a 24-hour period. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Tickets can be transferred to a different date for a fee, provided they are submitted to the office at least 6 hours before departure. It is strictly forbidden to transport animals, birds, fish, or any flammable or explosive materials on the bus. The company is not responsible for any damage to luggage. In case of loss, the maximum compensation is EGP 100. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage on the bus. Children aged 5 and above must pay the full price. Children under 5 years old travel free of charge without a designated seat on the bus. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of two bags. Smoking is prohibited inside the bus cabin. Boarding and alighting are permitted only at designated stops.
